Kulyk Simmentals is a family-owned and operated business, based in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.
The Kulyk Family Farm has been operating since 1917. The Farm was purchased by Richard Kulyk's grandfather, and has been farmed by the Kulyks for 100 years. The Farm consists of both cattle and grain operations, and is situated east of North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Frank Kulyk started using Fullblood Simmental bulls in 1974 on his commercial cows.
Kulyk Simmentals was established in 1982 with a mission to provide premium quality Simmental stock in the region. The herd is Fullblood Fleckvieh cattle, with some red purebred cows.
All cattle on the farm are raised on all natural diets, without the use of any growth hormones. Cattle are fed hay and oats which is grown on Farm.
Calving begins in January. Females are available for sale off the Farm.
